Harlow is located in South-East England and enjoys excellent road communications with access to the M11 (Junction 7) and M25 (Junction 27, six miles South). The A414 passes through the town centre, linking Harlow with Hatfield to the West and Chelmsford to the East. The A10 linking London to Cambridge passes to the West. Stansted Airport is only 10 miles away and two main line rail stations serve the town as well.

There are two rail stations in Harlow. Harlow Town Station is just north of the Town Centre and shuttle buses run every 10 minutes during daytime from the station to Harlow bus station. They cost £1.00
