| FIVE FREE THURSDAY PARK TO SHOP NIGHTS IN HARLOW
Over 50 stores in Harlow Town Centre will be open for late night shopping every Thursday in the lead up to Christmas, with free parking on offer between 6 – 9 pm in many car parks. The Free Parking offer applies to The Water Gardens, The Harvey Centre and Post Office car parks between 6pm and 9pm on all five Thursdays. NCP was planning to provide free parking for the November Thursdays only. Shops including M&S, Primark, BhS, Jane Norman, New Look, Body Shop, W H Smith, Wilkinson's, Thornton's, Game, Silver Scents, Lucy Winters, Calendar Club, Gigi's, HMV, Next, Matalan, Jane Norman and many others, including food stores and cafes, have agreed to remain open on 19 & 26 November and 3, 10 & 17 December.
